Women's Volleyball Mounties Welcome Ella Boudreau
The Mount Allison University Women’s Volleyball team is proud to announce our latest committed athlete, Ella Boudreau. Ella is a 5’9 Leftside from Greenfield, Nova Scotia. For the past 3 years Ella has been a member of the Cobequid Education Center Volleyball Team. She has also competed for Team NS and is a part of the VNS Provincial Excellence Program (PEP). She was selected for the 18U Jeux de la Francophonie Team. Ella plays for the Cougars club team and is a versatile outside attacker who can play on the left or the right and will add to the depth of the Mounties program.
“I am thrilled to have Ella join the Mounties program; she is very talented Leftside. She is an elite attacker and has the passing and defensive skills to dominate at this level. She will add to our depth as a program being able to play on the left and the right. Ella comes from a huge volleyball family her brother plays for UNB Reds and her father is a well-established coach and was a dominate player back in the day. He had a stint on the national team, and he’s coached some of the greatest teams that the east coast has seen. Ella has been around the game of volleyball from before she could walk, she has a great volleyball IQ and will make an impact to our program right away. She will be an exceptional addition to the ‘Culture’ of the program here at Mount Allison University.” states Coach Crouse.
