Mounties open season with win over DAL AC

The Mount Allison Mounties opened the ACAA women's volleyball regular season with a 3-0 straight sets victory over the DAL AC Rams on Saturday.

The Mounties were able to separate as the match went on against a determined Rams squad, winning the sets 25-23, 25-20 and 25-18.

The Mounties were led on attack by senior and ACAA All-star Sophie Landry who had 7 kills on the day. Saturday's match was the first regular season ACAA women's volleyball action in Mount Allison's gym since February of 2020.
