Volleyball Mounties move to 2-1 with win at Kings
The Mount Allison women's volleyball Mounties picked up a 3-1 win at Kings as they made their first ACAA regular season trip away from Sackville since February of 2020. With the win, the Mounties move to 2-1 on the season after a win again DAL AC and a loss to Holland.
The Mounties dropped the opening set 26-24 before reeling off wins in three straight sets with scores of 25-17, 25-14 and 25-19.
Senior Sophie Landry, who is off to a torrid start for the season, led all Mounties with 10 kills against Kings. Jadyn Boyles and Anna Manuel each had 7 kills each for the Mounties.
The Mounties hit the road again this coming weekend as they head to the Université de Ste Anne on Sunday, November 14th.
