Mounties Fall in ACAA Semi-Final

The MSVU Mystics were too much for the Mounties on this day, as the eventual ACAA Champions defeated the Mounties in three sets. After dropping the first set, the Mounties fought hard to even up the match. Their efforts fell just short losing the second set 25-23. Unfortunately for the Mounties the fight and tenacity shown in the second set could not be sustained and MSVU won the third and final set to move on.

The Mounties attack was subdued by a strong MSVU defense on this day. Lynne Arsenault had the highest kill total for the Mounties with 6. On the defensive end, the Mounties were led by Kayla Vande Kemp who had 14 digs. Joining in the defensive effort were Lynne Arsenault and Sydney Sacre with 9 digs and 7 digs respectively.

This concludes the season for the Mounties who finished the season with a cumulative record of 12-9.
