Bio

Derek O'Keeffe is originally from Cork City in Ireland and holds a UEFA A Coaching licence in addition to a BA Hons in Coaching & Sport Development.  His coaching journey began in the League of Ireland before joining the New York Red Bulls' technical staff in the MLS. Derek came to Canada in 2010 where he has since worked as a head coach in League 1 Ontario in addition to working as a technical director for clubs such as Simcoe County Rovers and currently for Codiac FC in Moncton. 

 Derek moved to New Brunswick in 2022 and is beginning his second year as head coach of the Mounties. 

He lives with his wife Sylviane who is originally from Grand Barachois, NB.
