Bio

Coach Miles-Abbott steps into her second year as head coach of our Mounties women's hockey team. The Winnipeg, MB native is an HP1 certified hockey coach and Hockey Canada certified skills coach. Addie is the current Head Coach of Team New Brunswick U18 program, a USPORT women’s coach mentor and U18 Team Canada team lead in the summer of 2024.

Addie has also been selected to be a part of the coaching staff for the 2025 FISU Winter World University Games in Torino, Italy representing Team Canada.

Addie has a decorated U SPORTS women's hockey career at the University of Manitoba where she competed for five years, was named U of M female athlete of the year and is inducted into the Bisons athletics Hall of Fame. Addie was involved with the Women’s National program and competed in the FISU Games with Team Canada in Erzurum, Turkey where they won Gold.

She lives in Amherst, NS with her wife Tara, son Harry and dog Jojo.
