(SACKVILLE, NB) Mount Allison hosted UNBSJ in ACAA Women's Basketball action this Sunday afternoon, the Mounties would go on to win 82-46.
The Mounties relied on quality minutes from nearly the entire roster as 11 players logged ten or more minutes. Jillian Mumford (Calgary, AB) was one rebound shy of the double-double adding 10 points and three blocks. Kaitlyn Simard (Timmins, ON) continued her hot streak adding 17 points on 50% shooting from the bench.
UNBSJ also utilized their bench in this game with Lexi Hawryluk (Roblin, MB) and Jenny Cripps (Miramichi, NB) contributing for 12 and 11 points respectively.
Mount Allison (10-2) will look to continue their winning ways as they host Crandall on February 10 for a 6 p.m. tip-off.
UNBSJ (0-12) for their part will host MSVU on February 11 at 1 p.m.
