Mounties fall to #1 ranked Sheridan College at CCAA Nationals

The Mount Allison Mounties ran up against the undefeated #1 ranked Sheridan College Bruins in CCAA quaterfinal action on Thursday.  The Mountie hung tough with the top ranked Bruins early and had the score to 27-24 with 4 minutes to play in the first half. But a 12-0 run by the Bruins at the end of the 2nd quarter paved the way for a 91-61 victory over the Mounties.

Mounties player of the game Bradley Fuller had 10 points for the Mounties to go along with 9 rebounds.  Freshman Seongwoo Park also had 10 points, coming off the bench for the Mounties.  Rodreke Joseph led the way with 11 rebounds for the Mounties.

The Mounties will now face the SAIT Trojans at 3PM on Friday in 2nd round action.
