Mounties Badminton finish second at UKC Tournament
Our Varsity Badminton Team was in Halifax this past weekend as they took part in the third tournament of the season. Another strong showing as the team finished 2nd in the overall team standings with 80 points.
Notable Mounties performances were:
- Taryn Greco who won the Women's Single B division, beating out teammate Amber Solomon in the final
- Amber Solomon and Brianna Warwick who won the Women's Doubles B division, beating out fellow teammates Sophie Geis and Emma Fung in the final
- Wilson Paluch and Jacob Lamothe who won the Men's Double B division, beating out fellow teammates Benjamin Broadbent and An Nguyen in the final
