Nate Rostek - Football

JOEYS’ MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mount Allison’s Department of Athletics and Recreation is pleased to announce that Nate Rostek of the football Mounties has been named the Joey’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week of September 3rd-9th. 

Rostek, a 5th year senior from Stillwater Lake, NS, was a force for the Mounties both on defense and on special teams during Saturday’s 25-13 loss to Saint Mary’s. Rostek led the Mounties defensively with 6.5 tackles. He also had a key part in a fake field goal by the Mounties which led to a first down and the Mounties first touchdown of the game.

Rostek and his Mounties teammates return to action on Saturday, September 15th when they travel to Acadia to play the Axemen at 2PM.
