Kiersten Mangold - Women's Basketball

JOEY'S PIZZA FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mount Allison’s department of Athletics and Recreation is pleased to announce that the Joey's Pizza and Pasta Female Athlete of the Week for the week of November 2nd to 8th is Kiersten Mangold from the Mounties basketball team.

Mangold, a rookie from Peterborough, ON, led the Mounties with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 6 steals during Sunday’s 61-45 victory over UKC. Mangold is averaging 10.7 points and 9 rebounds a game this season. She is approaching a double-double every outing while at the same time shooting 86.4% from the foul-line.
