JOEYS’ MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mount Allison’s Department of Athletics and Recreation is pleased to announce that Aram Currie of the basketball Mounties has been named the Joey’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week of January 7th-13th.

Currie, a sophomore from Riverview, NB, had a couple of strong outings as the Mounties split a pair of ACAA games on the weekend. On Saturday, Currie had 20 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists as the Mounties beat DAL AC 93-81. The Mounties lost to defending league champions Holland College on Sunday. Currie had 11 points along with 3 rebounds and 2 assists.
