Geraint Berger - Swim Team

JOEY’S MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mount Allison’s department of Athletics and Recreation is pleased to announce that the Joey’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week of October 10th-16th is Geraint Berger from the Mounties swim team.

Berger, a Mountie junior from Bedford, NS, competed along with his Mounties teammates at the first AUS meet of the season at Acadia on the weekend. Berger picked up where he left off last year, starting the new season with a gold medal in the 200M free, silver in the 100 free and bronze in the 50M free. Berger was a CIS qualifier in 2015-2016 and he also qualified for Canadian Olympic trials in April.
