JOEY’S PIZZA FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mount Allison’s Department of Athletics and Recreation is pleased to announce that the Joey’s Pizza and Pasta Female Athlete of the Week for the week of November 10^th- 16^th is Lauren MacEachern from the Mounties Women’s Basketball program.

Lauren and her sister Ashley are both rookies with the Mounties who have joined the team from Amherst, NS. On Sunday, Lauren helped lead the Mounties to an 88-71 win over Kings in Halifax.  MacEachern had 21 points for the Mounties to go along with 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals.  MacEachern hit three 3-pointers and also was perfect from the free throw line.
