Willem Pretorius Swim

The Mount Allison Mounties are pleased to announce that the Joey’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week of November 22^nd- 28^th  is Willem Pretorius from our swimming program. 

Pretorius, a 2^nd year Mountie from Calgary, AB, was the leading point getter for the Mounties men’s swim team at this past weekend’s Kemp Fry Invitational held at Dalhousie University. Pretorius picked up 36 points over the course of the 3 day meet, showing his strength in the individual medley and sprint breaststroke events.

The Mountie swimmers will be taking a break from competition until the new year and will return to hard training in preparation for the AUS Championships in mid-February.
