The Hurricanes came from behind to edge the Dragons 3 sets to 2 in what proved to be a very entertaining match. Sydney Foy tallied 22 kills for the winners while Emily Caldwell added 8 kills and 5 service aces.
For the Dragons, Camille Martinez answered with 23 kills and 5 blocks. Setter Gaby Mitton also had a strong match with 5 service aces. Stéphanie Duguay- Després contributed with 6 kills and 4 service aces.
