Women's Volleyball Mounties Welcome Eden Cormier
The Mount Allison University Women’s Volleyball team is proud to announce our latest committed athlete, Eden Cormier.
Eden is a 5’7 setter from Fredericton, New Brunswick . For the past 5 years Eden has been a member of the Reds Club out of Fredericton. She has spent many summers competing for Team NB 15u / 16u and is now apart of the Canada Games Training team. She becomes the second athlete to sign a LOI for this recruiting class. Eden is a member of the Fredericton High varsity team for the past 4 season.
“I am very excited to have Eden join the Mounties program; she is very talented setter with a high volleyball IQ. She is an elite player who will dominate at this level. She will add to our depth as a program being able to make an impact right away, with a very strong serve and the ability to run a high level offence. Eden is a huge asset to the program and I’m excited for her to join our family. No matter what USport, ACAA game you attend she would be there watching alongside her parents. She is a student of the game , constantly watching and growing as a player. Eden joins other former Reds players Logan Tate and Rebecca Cotton. She will be an exceptional addition to the ‘Culture’ of the program here at Mount Allison University.” states Coach Crouse.
